Ronald Mitchell will advocate for more police officers to support efforts by, local experts and FBI authorities to prevent the evolution of the MS-13 street gang. He believes voluntary high quality in-home parent coaching programs for first time parents and high quality pre-kindergarten programs for at-risk children will help youth excel in school and decrease future criminal activities.

Mitchell's Stance on Iraq
Ronald Mitchell believes the war in Iraq was a mistake on part of the Bush administration and as a result thousands of soldiers have died.  As a veteran he opposed the war early on and urged others to advocate against going to Iraq.
